Power Management System

Why is power management necessary when you're managing an important activity on a drilling platform? The answer is simple. The main reason for this is the growing complexity of electrical systems. There are greater loads and power-sensitive processes. Both the variety of distributed power sources and load types has increased. The size, power density, and criticality of many types of facilities are growing.
Here's where a Power Management System (PMS), also known as an Electrical Management System, comes in as your hero.

Bilge Monitoring & Control System

The bilge of a marine vessel is a crucial but often overlooked area. It's the lowest compartment in the hull, where water accumulates from various sources, including deck drainage, leaks, and condensation. A properly functioning bilge system is essential for vessel safety, and a bilge monitoring & control system is the key to ensuring its effectiveness.

Talkback and PA/GA systems

Effective communication is paramount for safety and operational efficiency aboard any marine vessel. That's where Talkback and Public Address/General Alarm (PA/GA) systems come in. These integrated solutions provide a robust communication infrastructure, keeping crew members informed and enabling clear coordination during routine operations and emergencies

Rack Phase Differential System

A jack-up rig typically utilises open truss-type legs with multiple chords (supporting members). These chords are connected to a rack and pinion drive system for raising and lowering the leg. Rack Phase Difference (RPD) refers to the variation in elevation between the rack teeth of these individual chords within a single leg.

During jacking operations, monitoring of the rack phase difference can provide an early warning of potential overstressed legs. It is challenging and labour-intensive to continuously take manual rack phase measurements when jacking. We are providing an accurate electrical and mechanical method for measuring and logging the rack phase difference of each leg.

Watertight Door Monitoring System

Safeguarding your ship against water ingress is paramount for crew safety and operational efficiency. Watertight doors play a critical role in this defence system, compartmentalising the vessel and preventing flooding from cascading through the ship. But how can you ensure these vital doors are operational and ready to perform under pressure?

Watertight door monitoring systems provide a comprehensive solution for real-time tracking and management of your ship's watertight door status.
